Elite Classes are designed with intensity levels that best suit athletes from an advanced middle school age up to College level. Youth classes are meant for our younger athletes and focus on fundamentals and form mechanics.
We will be keeping classes as small groups. We will allow a 15 minute gap between classes to insure no overlap. Please contact us to sign up for a class session.
