Class times will be added as needed.
Elite Classes are programmed with intensity levels that best suit athletes from an advanced middle school age up to College level.
We will be keeping classes to a maximum of 10 Athletes. We will allow a gap between classes to insure no overlap, and smooth transitions between groups.
