Titan Elite Speed/Agility

Recommended for Advanced Middle School Athletes up to College Athletes

Our Titan Elite Speed/Agility Class is 1 hour long.  It is a high intensity class that is designed for our higher level athletes.  We have an extensive warmup that will prepare the athletes for the movements that will be coached that day.  We use Reaction, Overspeed, and Resistance training to help our athletes reach a higher level of performance.  We Coach our athletes to move efficiently with proper mechanics to maximize their athletic ability.

 

Titan Elite Strength

Recommended for Advanced Middle School Athletes up to College Athletes

Our Titan Elite Strength Classes are designed to increase athletic strength through progressive overload.  At the beginning of a training cycle we coach proper form of all of our lifts.  We value the athlete's form with the movement over the weight lifted and our coaches are very strict in this aspect.  Once proper form has been attained we test our athlete's 1RM in different key compound lifts.  We use the results of those tests to progress the athletes at a safe and effective pace in the weight room.

Titan Youth Speed/ Agility Classes

Recommended for Athletes that are new to Sports Performance Training and Younger Athletes

Our Titan Youth Speed/ Agility Classes are one hour long and focus on proper movement mechanics, athletic coordination, and speed/agility.  With our Youth classes we focus on breaking the movements down and getting quality reps each time.
