Welcome to TET Strength Classes, where we elevate athletic strength through progressive overload and French Contrast. We prioritize proper lifting form, understanding that proper technique is the foundation of success. After mastering their movements, our athletes undergo a one-rep max (1RM) assessment in key compound lifts, allowing us to create a safe effective progression tailored to their specific needs.
